A smart strategy for your health is to set goals. One great approach is the SMART method. Goals are written in the form of your future accomplishment allowing you to continually grow and expand. Specific - make your goal precise. Envision yourself achieving your goal.
Measurable - knowing your target so you can measure progress along the way
Attainable - make it believable, not too drastic, and just out of your comfort zone
Relevant - your goal should speak to your personal vision and mission
Timeframe - a start date and a deadline are important in implementing your goal and in providing motivation.
